Whether your ceremony be small and intimate or grand and elaborate, there is a package to suit your needs:

Full Package

Everything you need to take your time and plan for your day

  • Any day of the week (subject to availability)
  • Unlimited face-to-face meetings within the Gold Coast Area. This includes the initial planning meeting and 2x Individual meetings as a requirement by law.
  • Unlimited communication via email, phone or text message
  • Creation and delivery of your own personalised wedding ceremony, tailored to your unique personalities
  • Rehearsal at the wedding venue
  • Preparation and lodgment of all legal documents to Birth, Deaths and Marriages including NOIM
  • Form 15 Marriage Commemorative Marriage Certificate to be presented on the day. NB: this certificate is not an official certificate and cannot be used for change of name
  • Application and postage of a standard official marriage certificate from Births, Deaths and Marriages (Cost for the bride/Groom to apply separately is an extra cost)
  • Use of a professional PA sound System and MP3 player, for use on the ceremonial day.
  • Provision of a table and chairs for the signing of certificates on the day of the ceremony, if required.
  • Travel expenses to the venue for your rehearsal and the ceremonial day. NB: fees may apply for travel outside the Gold Coast area
  • Resource Kit including information on relationship counselling

Basic Elopement Package

For when it's just about you

  • Any day of the week (subject to availability)
  • 2-3x face to face meetings within the Gold Coast Area. This includes the initial planning meeting and 2x Individual meetings as required by law.
  • Unlimited communication via email, phone or text message
  • Preparation and delivery of a standard wedding ceremony. Minimal changes can be made
  • Preparation and lodgment of all legal documents to Birth, Deaths and Marriages including NOIM
  • Form 15 Marriage Commemorative Marriage Certificate to be presented on the day. NB: this certificate is not an official certificate and cannot be used for change of name.
  • Travel expenses to the venue for the ceremonial day. NB: fees may apply for travel outside the Gold Coast area
  • Resource Kit including information on relationship counselling

Legals Only

Perfect for anyone wanting to have their celebrations overseas and be legally married in Australia.

  • Any day of the week (subject to availability)
  • You, me and 2 witnesses over the age of 18 years.
  • Initial meeting and signing of NOIM
  • Travel limitations apply
  • Preparation and lodgment of all legal documents to Birth, Deaths and Marriages including NOIM
  • Form 15 Marriage Commemorative Marriage Certificate to be presented on the day. NB: this certificate is not an official certificate and cannot be used for change of name.
  • OPTIONAL ADD ON - Application and postage of a standard official marriage certificate from Births, Deaths and Marriages. Additional cost of $56.50
  • Resource Kit including information on relationship counselling
